PERFORMING GROUP APPLICATION

DUE BY MAY 13TH BY 7:00 P.M.

GUIDELINES for PRIVATES 

If you are considering doing private dances (i.e., solo, duet and/or trio), please keep in mind:

Mini Mini Only (no other PGs)

·       If you commit to only our MINI MINI PG, you are eligible for one private dance (but must take a minimum of four classes per week including the PG)

Hip Hop PG Only (no other PGs)

·       If you commit to only our HIP HOP PG, you are eligible for one private hip hop dance (but must take a minimum of four classes per week including the PG)

Dancers Grades K-8:

·       If you commit to only 1 PG, you are NOT eligible for private dances

·       If you commit to only 2 PGs, you are eligible for one private dance

·       If you commit to 3 PGs or more, you are eligible to do unlimited private dances

Dancers Grades 9-12:

Freshmen and Sophomores:

·       If you commit to only 1 PG, you are NOT eligible for private dances

·       If you commit to 2 PGs, you are eligible for unlimited private dances

Juniors and Seniors:

·       If you commit to only 1 PG, you are eligible for one private dance

·       If you commit to 2 PGs, you are eligible for unlimited private dances

A $175 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE FEE WILL BE DUE AT THE TIME YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION.

If you are not chosen for a group, your fee will be refunded.
