Recital Tickets.  Did you purchase your recital tickets yet?  Don't wait because shows do sell out.  You can purchase your tickets by calling the Barclay Theater at 949-854-4646, going directly to the box office, via facsimile or online at www.thebarclay.org.

Picture Days .  Recital pictures will be taken during regularly scheduled class times at Pacific Dance during the week of June 9^th-14^th.  The dancers will wear their costumes to class. 

Recital Costumes.  Costumes are being distributed in class as they arrive.  If you have not received your costume yet, please be patient.  They will arrive soon and will be handed out in class. 

Attendance.  Please keep up your great attendance.  This is so important while we are rehearsing for the upcoming recital.  Don't forget the Mandatory Dress Rehearsal at the Barclay Theater on Monday, June 23^rd and Tuesday, June 24 ^th, beginning at 2:45 p.m.  The rehearsal orders will be posted in the studio soon and on our website.

Recital Shoes and Tights .  Don't forget to purchase your shoes and tights early before Pacific Dancewear sells out.  See the Recital Bulletin Board or our website to check which shoes and tights you will need for your class(es).  Pacific Dancewear also has a list with this information. 

Recital Messages to Your Dancer.  Send your favorite dancer a special message.  Your original message will appear in the recital program.  Recital program messages may be purchased and written at the Reception Desk for $5.00.  Deadline to purchase a message is May 10^th.

Recital Program Ads.  Recital program ad information is now available at the Reception Desk.  Over 1,500 area residents see our recital program.  Deadline to place an ad is May 10^th.  The costs are as follows:  $25 business card sized ad and $45 double business card sized ad.

Performing Groups. Congratulations to our dancers that performed in the New York finals of the Youth American Grand Prix!  Well done!  All of our performing group dancers just attended a workshop in Palm Springs with PDN.  The dancers and parents had a great time.  Our Performing Groups will be competing at Rainbow Connection and KAR this month.  Good luck to all dancers!  If you are interested in participating next year, please come to our mandatory parent meeting on May 10^th at 1:30. 

Summer Workshop.  We will be having one summer workshop for dancers age 7-12.  The workshop is designed for beginning to intermediate students.  Our workshop will be held August 4-8, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.  The cost is $185 for 25 classes.  A $50 non-refundable deposit will hold your place.  If you are a registered student of Pacific Dance and pay in full before June 1st, you will only pay $175 and receive a $10 discount.  Space is limited so sign up now!
 

Green Room.  Please remember that the green room is to be used as a study room for dancers ages 8 & up.  This is not a play room.  Also, please remember to throw your food and drinks away when you are through.  This is your room, so let's keep it clean!

Tuition.  Just a reminder . . . Tuition is due on the first day of each month.  If your first class falls on a holiday or you are absent, you may mail it to Pacific Dance, BUT it must be postmarked before the 10^th .  After the 10^th, a $10 late fee will be incurred. 

Lost and Found.  For your information, if something is left at the studio, it will be placed in our lost and found which is located in the Green Room on the right-hand side right when you enter the room.
