Lacy Pattison, earned her BA in dance from San Francisco State
University and her Pilates certificate from Orange Coast College. Lacey taught Pilates and dance conditioning. While attending SFSU, Lacey co-founded an afterschool program for the under privileged youth of
the Bay Area and this program continues to this day. A scholarship is awarded each year to an upcoming freshman involved in the program to continue their education.
Lacey has studied tap with Eddie Brown, Joy Hewitt, Christy Hernandez, and
John Kloss. She has been a member of Sound Effects directed by Christy Hernandez and Stepology directed by John Kloss. She has also performed with Ballet Pacifica directed by Molly Lynch. She has taught jazz,
tap, ballet, and ballroom.
Lacey is currently on faculty at Saddleback College where she co-directed
the High School Dance Symposium 2007. She also teaches at Capistrano Academy of Dance where she is the Director of the Tap Competition Teams.
Lacey has had the privilege of writing new dance curriculum for Irvine Valley
College where she was on faculty for several years.
